A Fishy Recipe Book Day

Had a rubbish day at work today but I was cheered up by the success of my recipe book dinner tonight. I made Salmon and Celeriac bake from Good Food 101 One -pot dishes. It was a bit fiddly as I am not the best at slicing things thinly and was worried the potato and celeriac wouldn't cook but it was delicious, and to keep Phil happy there wasn't much washing up to do.

I am really enjoying this challenge I hope Phil is too.
