First blossom

A view from upstairs - this blossom is wild plum, and is very delicate, with a sweet scent which will come when it is all out in the sunshine.
You can see how wet the nearest field is still, where the tractor marks are.

After all the excitement of yesterday, today was more peaceful, and the "car" stayed in the garage!
I went to a little meeting (more about that at a later date) in a marvellous old farmhouse, and when we had finished we had chocolate biscuits and tea in beautiful china cups!
