No. And it isn't Lisbon either.

This is the original Cristo Rei. The Madeira Christ the King stands proudly above the Garajau Nature Reserve, just outside Funchal. I've wanted to go there for a long time but it isn't easily accessible on local buses.

The statue stands to welcome sailors to this beautiful island.
