Nearly the end of an era

My good friend Janet who built and opened a school in The Gambia, is planning her last big fundraising event for the village there.
She and David and many supporters have funded and helped build the school, built holiday accomadation for teachers and visitors to stay, and bought and planted hundreds of cashew trees to provide an ongoing self sufficient income for the villagers.
Their efforts and energy and expertise to gear these folks toward an independant and successful future has been monumental.
Janet is trying her hand at Gambian art to sell at the last big fundraiser in the summer!
