Meringues

Today we decided to once again visit Scotsdales for a few items that we did not get on Tuesday. As we had more time to spare, we had a good look around and found many other items, which we managed to purchase as well. We had lunch during this exercise and after packing all of these items into the car decided to have another cup of tea before going home. On the way to the tea counter, these meringues (shown in this picture), together with cream got the better of us and were absolutely delicious. I now have a great deal of work to do in the garden to justify some of our purchases; I just hope my back stands up to it.
