Road Runner

I know he's not on the road at the moment, but he has been and will be again in a little while.

His name is Regis and he lives 3 doors down from us in Grau. He is a marathon runner and is out at least once a day for a big circuit of Grau, Cap & Agde.

We quite often meet him when we are biking down the village but this is the first time I've caught him on the sand with Mount Canigou in the background.
