Road rash

Always wondered what road rash was like. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be, certainly not as painful as some of my other bits. How I got the rash on top of my foot, I have no idea, probably explains the knee problems, as my leg must have twisted badly.

Mostly joint problems, both knees and my left arm. Nothing broken, just strains and sprains. Cooking is not easy with the wrong hand and had to get a neighbour in to take all the tops off the bottles.

Managed to get some sporadic sleep. Watching a lot of videos.
