Nia on the beach

Here's what a Nia class done on the beach sounds like -listen....

I took this photo at Kathy's Nia class on Siesta Beach yesterday morning. Then today, I added a filter (PicMonkey) and upped the saturation a bit. I was simply enjoying seeing just what I could do creatively with this photo. It satisfies me and I hope you enjoy it too. : O) I recommend looking at a larger beach!
