Hell hath no fury.......

........like a lawyer p****d off!

I went to the Swettenham Arms with my better half and her mum last Friday evening, to celebrate my better half's birthday.

Sadly the service was frankly diabolical, the table we'd booked had been given to others and at least half of the items on the menu had run out.

Suffice to say I will not be visiting there again. And today I finally had chance to get my complaint email drafted. I hadn't got a clue what to blip and my better half rode to the rescue with this suggestion - so here it is, quick and simple.
