Wednesday: Happy Birthday, Johnny!

Today is Johnny Cash's birthday and a bar in Upper Town was having a Johnny Cash tribute night.  Never one to miss out, we went along with some friends and had a grand old night, warbling along to old favourites like 'Ring of Fire' - there were a few non-Johnny songs thrown in too, but we didn't want to be fussy.  Anyway, a grand old time was had.

We ended on a bit of an adventure.  Parking in Upper Town is impossible as it is all residential but a waiter in a restaurant we know told us that we could always use their car park, which is located in a courtyard, even if we weren't eating there.  Problem is, the courtyard is locked at night.......as we discovered tonight when we went to pick up the car.  So we had to get a cab home and K. will have to go and retrieve the car tomorrow.  The only real issue is that the bread and eggs for breakfast are in the boot!
