Wino Bar

There's something about this that makes me think of an establishment called "Bertie's Wine Bar".

No reason. There may even be such an establishment (and, in fact, a google serach shows rather unbelievably that such a place does exist. In London. Obviously.)

Regardless, I tend to wander past said establishment of an evening, whilst returning home late from work, whilst individuals of indeterminate career achievements stand outside smoking cigarettes with acquaintances of a similar social standing drinking overpriced glasses of wine.
