Tobermory Fountain

There's a few odd things in Tobermory and one of them is this fountain.
I pass it every day that I walk to work and have been meaning to get a picture of it but there always seems to be a car parked right up against it and today was the first time I remember it having no cars, no rain & nice lighting.
