Late Afternoon Cycle

Continuing the theme of yesterday afternoon and motivated by the good condition of the paths 'yellow route' I explored yesterday, I set out on my bike with the plan to explore a different part of the yellow route today...

The path wasn't in quite such good condition this time! I dragged my bike along sandy road-side paths, hauled it over fallen trees, and struggled to peddle through thick grass... Phew! At one point I thought I would have to turn back as the path seemed to disappear altogether, but it turned up again 100m from the expected location ;)

This photo was taken from the village of Stawiec, by which point in the journey the paths had much improved.
