They're Really saying, I Love You
When I was little, and when I say little I mean younger, I got a Snoopy Diary for Christmas. I wanted to fill it every day, with all sorts of exciting new and events.
I didn't, but it did start my love of journals and writing things down, but never once did I manage to maintain a a steady flow, it ebbed and faded like the British Weather forecast promises but never delivers.
Then I met Blip.
And Through Blip, I've rediscovered memories, found friends, charted 4 years of my life.
I've seen dramatic changes in my little family - Nunk left us, Boy went to America, Girl went to University, Me Mam got a new Dad. We've camped, we've sailed,I've cycled, I've walked, I've laughed, I've cried. I have stepped out of my comfort zone and met strangers, only to discover they weren't strangers... just friends I hadn't said hello to face to face.
I have 234 subscribers, I have had 350 thousand views on my pages, and I've posted every day for 1460 days. There are still some of you that I'd love to meet... and those of you who I'm scared to (WITHERS)... And those of you who I've nearly met... but not quite (JOHN).
Thank you for stopping by... I won't be stopping. I'm a wee bit obsessive compulsive - I'd need to enter rehab to go cold turkey.
For The Record: The Day Came in Cold and Wet and Blowy, And went out the same way, but I'm quite content.
And as always, my Anniversary Blip is for Molly - who inspired. - And I'm so happy that this year, via John I got a virtual hug to Molly's husband.
