Blue skies

A decent day at last. Blue sky in plenty and even less wind. We went up towards the top of North Uist near Clachan Sands - a favourite spot where we have camped many times in the past.
Three kilometres on a beach and not even a footprint of anyone else and then back over the machair with amongst other things a flock of 200 Snow Buntings - a blizzard or a flurry should be the collective noun.
Then back to the garden and moving some more seaweed from the shore onto various plants. Even some green shoots appearing on some of those plants so perhaps Spring isn't too far away.
