Cuerden Hall Clock
On leaving work today I decided to do a little more exploring of Cuerden Hall looking for today's Blip.
I was hoping for some nice light over the valley but all the bare trees just aren't very photogenic yet, even when it's not actually raining.
Walking around the grounds of Cuerden Hall I spotted this old clock in its clock tower and although it doesn't have its hands any more it does still remind us of it's age.
Cuerden Hall is a grade II listed building and was formally a family home between 1717 and 1906 before being used by the army up until the 1960's.
