Regenerating FW High Street

Brilliant start to the regeneration of the High Street.

This homeless man has been sitting in this empty doorway for the past few days now. The other day he was sitting shouting out his views on Jimmy Savile to unsuspecting passers by, and today he turned up with a brush a some bleach and started to clean out the doorway. Later on in the day he had set up home entirely, complete with sleeping bag, newspaper mattress, thermos flask and door handle coat hook.

I wonder how long he lasts before someone complains ...?
