Who does, really? Its hard to say. Went for a walk on my lonesome and timed the trip back to coincide with the fireballs along the wharf.

Took way too many pictures of fireballs which just look like flame filling the frame. Need to go back with a wider lens and add people or something into the frame for context. They're on once an hour. Its basically a big flame that shoots from the top of each of several monoliths along the river. Apparently they had problems at first with pigeons getting cooked.
