In a bit of a pickle......

......got a sore left heel (caused by a bit too much walking yesterday inspired by a pedometer app rashly downloaded onto the ipod touch the night before) which means I'm opting for a day of gentle domestic goddessry with a Radio4 backtrack today.

.....but hey, I'm going to mix my own pickling spice.....
