The Holy Trinity and a Tree

Nestled in amongst the traffic on the Marylebone Road, the Holt Trinity Church is beautiful but unwanted. No longer in use as a church, it sits waiting it's fate as a new shopping arcade or somesuch.

Only built 1825, a hundred years later it was disused. What's that story? It was also a store for Penguin Books but only for a few months 1936/7.
