Toms first day in the world

a polaroid taken when Tom was born, he was a twisted forceps delivery and due to the cord being wrapped round his neck it was all slightly frantic in the end. He is bruised from the delivery but thankfully was ok. it was a bit touch and go but he was fine a few hours later. This was taken in special care in an incubator he was massive compared to the rest of the babies in there. Karin was very tired and not happy with the epidural they gave her.

I went home and sank some whiskey..
