Bridge to nowhere

This complex looking thing has been a familiar sight over the last few years as the light rail system gets expanded. Supposedly, this things "walks" across the top of the pillars to lift the cross pieces into place. (Well, that's the technical term for it).

A new start today, and an interesting phone call to follow up on.
