Just what the Dr ordered...

Been high all day today, surfing on the endorphin rush from salsa last night!

Colleagues amused by my random singing and amazing Desk-Dancing-Moves! I suspect they think I'm slightly bonkers... :)

Nice walk and chat and lots of giggles with M and G at lunchtime today. Back to Tap class tonight after a 2 week break - got to try out my new shoes!! Sore feet now!

Then home for a super-quick change and mini bowl of soup and off to choir practice! Nice singing, some more disgracefully cheesy dance moves(!) and a chinwag with the crowd.

And a piece of toast at home to round it off....and to bed....exhausted!
