Wind is back!

Lovely sunshine but a keen wind whipping up the sea on the south coast.
Visitors are starting to reappear on the cliff path and it is nice to stop for a few words as we pass.
Notice that the seabirds are starting to gather on the cliffs as nesting time approaches.
Sadly seabirds have been very hard hit this year by the severe conditions, with huge numbers of little bodies being washed up on the beaches...it is very sad but hopefully the numbers will get back up as the weather settles. I haven't seen any personally as the authorities are collecting them and keeping a check on numbers.
No1 son who is on the beach much earlier than me has seen many, sadly!
