This awful, blurry photo was taken on the move from the public gallery of the Scottish Parliament while attempting not to look like I was taking a photo as the Parliament staff don't like you having any devices on and I'd already been growled at for trying to use my iPad which had my copy of the amendments on it.

The photo was taken seconds after the vote on stage 3 of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Bill had unanimously passed this pretty important chunk of legislation.

We then went for a celebratory drink with the CabSec in the Parliament bar (he was on soft drinks) before officials repaired to the Guildford Arms for further celebration.
