Spring is springing

Interesting day today - woke up full of flu feeling frankly dreadful. This was bad for 2 reasons:

- C was at home with me all day today and recuperation with a 2 yr old around is tricky.
- I'm supposed to be going to Dublin tomorrow and was feeling too rough to even contemplate it this am.

Washer/dryer blew itself up on Sat & the repair man came this am , the news was grim - £315 to repair it (parts only) so a new has been duly ordered.

We made it out of the house this aft for a drug run(!) to the coop, C went on his little bike and all was well. The pic is in the back garden playing when we got back examining spring's new offerings :-)

I've decided to give Dublin and my conference a go tomorrow - 2 meetings tomorrow aft might be a stretch but hey ho. Better get packed up & to bed.
