New recipe - acorn squash with stuffing

Tried something new for dinner. I love squash but R doesn't really care for it . . . so I know if I'm going to serve it I need to spice it up a bit. Tried stuffing it with, uh, stuffing . . . and while he loved the stuffing, he still is not a fan of the squash. Boo.

He did like the Brussels Sprouts with mushrooms though.
