Locke & Key

It seems to be the time for me to be greedily devouring long-running series at the moment, not content with starting my journey into the Breaking Bad universe I'm coming to the close of a six-year foray into the universe of 'Locke and Key'.

An amazing series by Joe Hill* and Gabriel Rodriguez, 'Locke and Key' charts the journey of the Locke children as they face down an evil that has haunted their family home of Keyhouse for hundreds of years. The storyline doesn't focus solely on the children or the prsent, also taking time to reveal the discovery of the portal to the Plains of Leng during the American Revolution by some of their early ancestors to childhood of their father and his friends and the event that would shape their lives for years to come.

It's been six years, with some agonising waits in between the releases of the hardcover collections (I'm impressed with my patience) but it has been another epic journey.
