It's been a while since The French at The Midland had a Michelin star but with Simon Rogan in charge it can only be a matter of time before it does once again. One of Manchester's oldest and iconic restaurants has had a makeover. Gone is all the faux Versailles trappings but it still has the feel of a classy Parisian restaurant.
