National History Museum

Today we ventured into London for a bit of an us weekend. Things have been chaotic, well since New Years, so it's quite nice knowing that we had a whole weekend to do whatever we fancied.

Went to see the Wildlife Photograoher of the Year 2013 exhibition at NHMuseum. It was good, some of the photos were just incredible, but I was quite disappointed with the layout. All the images were digital and on screens, the walls all black material and a very small space. Everyone was cramped around the screens and move on in an orderly fashion. Compared to the spacious, airy, crisp feel of the David Bailey exhibition, this pales in comparison. However, some great images.

Afterwards, a walk through Kensington, dinner, drinks, hotel. Great day with fab weather too!
