Doctors Street

A mixed day today.

Little Miss E had to take a trip to the doctors this afternoon as she's had a terrible intermittent cough since Christmas, so she has been prescribed some medicine which hopefully will clear it. Maybe it will also stop her clinging to me for a large proportion of the day too! So that's my Blip for today, the quaint little street where the surgery is. The buildings I believe date to the 18th century and there are some great old photographs of it in the local heritage centre.

A quick run tonight when Mr C got home from work. Should have done 5 x 1k intervals but it was an awful run and I had to slow my pace after the first one. I felt as though I hadn't run before with no rhythm whatsoever and my legs felt as though they belonged to someone else. But that's the way training goes sometimes.

However, isn't it lovely that the nights are getting lighter...roll on Spring!

It was competition judging night at my local camera club. The judge was certainly honest! It was an open digital competition and there was a widespread selection of images. Must admit my confidence has taken a bit of a knock but I'll learn from it.
