Gathering tomorrows food
I try to eat a little more healthily, because I want to lose weight ( I lost about 7 lb in six weeks). So this is what I eat during the day. I start my day with an orange, a cup of herbal tea, a glass of water with a shot of apple vinegar. Later on in the day I eat my peanut butter sandwich, which is really my treat for the day. Followed by yoghurt and muesli, some celery, some carrots, more fruit. This gets me through the day without feeling hungry, but nevertheless it provides me with weight loss.
