Jólakaka

Tomorrow is my father's birthday and I baked him this cake for a birthday present, it is one of his favourite cakes. Jólakaka really means Christmas cake but is not specially made for Christmas, it is an every day raisin cake and the name may possible be from the times when it was a luxury cake, only made once a year; -at Christmas.
