.....no surfing today and those water skis and kayak will have to go back in the bus. Back the powerboat up too!

Signage gone bonkers! Yet another piece of street furniture has appeared in our lovely St Ives woodland. This murky bog has been inaccessible as long as I can recall. It only has water showing now because of all the rain we have had recently. Common sense says it's not a fun place to play, let along practise water sports!

Rant over...we had another laugh today when the postman left a small parcel labelled 'Living materials'. Our Jenny has ordered bumble bees for Tony for the allotment so we gingerly cut the tape to discover....onion sets! Yearofhappy came by for tea tonight so we had some conversation around how the bumble bees might eventually be couriered when the time of year is right...answers on a postcard please!
