Back on the diet and fitness

Tonight I ran 8km in 43mins 57seconds. It killed me tonight after my drunken lads weekend away in Sheffield. I was breathing heavy for the full 8km and I nearly threw up twice.

On my run 5 unmaked BMW police cars went past me at speed with their lights flashing and sirens going. I wonder what was going on?
