Underneath the arches.

Yesterday was a bad day. When I should have been to a family celebration in Edinburgh I had a day of sickness, and spent most of it in bed. Today however I'm back to normal, so we decided to go for a walk. The sun was shining as we walked by the river and up to the Biscuit Factory, which is a wonderful gallery showing and selling work of all kinds mainly by local artists. We bought a piece of sculpture, a dog which we both loved. Our way took us under this bridge, which is the railway line from London to Scotland. The other curved bridge is the Tyne Wear Metro line.
