Parking Problem

Sometimes certain people don't agree with the way some people park and lock their bikes.

In result it's not such an uncommon sight to see a bicycle hanging way up high in a lamppost and pretty impossible to get back down again easily.

Just like this locked specimen that awaits the fire brigade to help it land again.
