I did a stint working in Ghana a few years ago where everyone seemed to fall into one of two categories. Very rich or Extremely poor. I bought this little elephant from an old man who sat at the side of the road on a blanket hand carving and polishing from the early hours to 11pm every day.

I will try to remember that when I'm feeling sorry for myself and moaning about my job.
