Cup & Saucer!

Spent the day in Glasgow plootering about with youngest daughter. We ended up on Byres Rd at the bloody vodafone shop! God the customer service in that shop is a joke! one member of staff & a Q of 5 folks waiting, whe the manager finally appeared needless to say I growled! if you don't say then they will continue to ignore you!. We then went for lunch in a wee place in Creswell lane called the Cup & Saucer, a magic wee place, excellent home fayre, fantastic cakes, brilliant milkshakes and straight out the 60's, even the wife serving was dressed to suit the era. I felt right at home.
Finally made the long drive home only to be delayed on the bottom of the Rest (well named) while they removed some mor glaur and rocks! Have to say I take my hat off to these guys half way up the bloody mountain in rotten conditions trying to make an entire mountain safe!!
Bed early tonight me thinks!
