Winterton Training

Today I went to Winterton with Phil, Sam and Donna to train in vegetation succession across sand-dunes. Again something I did at school and seem to have forgotten the basics of.

Came home to 'night-hike'. This was the best evening I have had at Kingswood so far! We were spilt into two teams, blindfolded and driven to a secret location. We were then given a map and some torches and had to hit 4 points along the way home to collect our food. We won the race! Once back at site we sat round a campfire, making stew and drinking. Awesome day!
