Redshank silhouette

I was volunteering in the morning and, when I left, I saw an alert on Orkbird that there were three little gulls on the Peedie Sea. By this I mean Hydrocoloeus minutus rather than just wee birds. I went along and spotted one but it flew off almost immediately. I'd never seen one before but fortunately there was a rather more able birdwatcher with pro-type camera lens who confirmed the ID. I went back later but no sign. this shot is just of a redshank. Elegant, though, isn't it?
