Big sky

There were ominous looking clouds about this morning, big and fluffy, but heavy, and I wondered if rain was coming. But it hasn't.

I'd washed, iodined and dressed Steve's pacemaker stitches this morning because neither of us could really remember if the nurse had said that she'd do it today. But when we went so that she could inspect the stitches and decide when to remove them, she did it all again anyway, but better too much than too little. His shoulder's easing up a lot now and he's finding it easier to do things, and I'm hopeful that he'll be ok to at least drive back from a friend's bbq at the weekend, even if I drive there, because then I'll be able to have some wine with my lunch.

p.s. that's not smoke ;-)
