Restoration: floating In the air

At last the day has arrived for my reliable old chair and the sofa to have its makeover. Remember the state it had reached? See this blip! (see aged)

Today they returned to whip the cushions away (see crushed) and replace with new cushions and new straps which now makes me feel as if I am floating in the air. Gone are the worn contours of its sagging comfort replaced by a firmness which is disconcerting but has no doubt extended its life and my back for a year or two!
