Wasn't in the mood for a swimming lesson this morning, but once I got into it started to enjoy myself. Some of the regular tips this morning - keeping the rhythm of the kicking going, working on higher elbows under the water and ensuring the stroke stays long. Started to move onto some different drills though, including this one 3 arm strokes, 6 side kicks, 3 arm strokes, repeat ad infinitum.
