Clowning around!

The wind and rain came back with a vengeance today, so no trips to the park or outdoor play, but lots of fun inside. This house lends itself to mad half hours of running around through the interlocking rooms, pretending to be pirates! Squeals of delight have been the order of the day! Hubby and I are now ensconced with a night cap, enjoying a quiet moment before bed. Another day with the grandchildren beckons!

PS the clown is about 25 years old and used to sit on a shelf in my son's bedroom when he was a little lad! I couldn't bear to throw him out!
