Post Modern irony?

The more I see this burger van the more confused I get. Is it an ironic comment on Scottish cliches and feminism such as the Monarch of the Glen while selling burgers in a glen using the royal title 'Queen'

Or is the van merely a canvas for some naive art set against a majestic background

Then again you have to ask if they sell venison burgers.

...and yet it could be just a laugh for the tourists...and what's the dancing leprechaun all about?
