Cumbria Here I Come

Grande Entrance

Its been a foul day today rained non stop until around 4pm so not much chance of getting a decent blip. I worked all afternoon and on the way home I stopped off at St Michael's Church in Burgh by Sands to take a few shots of the church as it had stopped raining by then, but wasn't really happy with them so will have to try again another time. Anyhow today's blip is the entrance to the church and if anybody is interested the church dates back to the 12th century and was built on the site of a Roman Fort using stones from the nearby Hadrian's Wall. Hope you like it.

Thanks very much for all the comments, stars and favs for my blip yesterday. As for my shoulder, its quite painful despite taking painkillers but I managed to drive and grit my teeth every time I changed gear! Lots of driving to do tomorrow so that will be fun :)
