Back in the garden.

I've been sowing lots of seeds ... mostly sweet peas. I like big chunky seeds such as these and nasturtiums. Things don't germinate very well directly in the soil here (too cold and wet) so we tend to start them in heated propogators.

My wife has been planting out primroses that we grew last year. They should be winter hardy. We've planted them out to the right of this photo. Our existing primroses are at the front.

Everything is slowly coming back to life. You can just see some snowdrops at the back to the right.

P.S. The draw was made for Euro 2016 today (football). Scotland were paired with Germany, Republic of Ireland, Gibralter, Poland and Georgia ..... tough luck on Germany, huh? Come on the Scots! (Hope Ireland come second and Germany qualify as best third placed team:-) ).
