Looking ahead...

to spring and summer.

I get so excited at this time of year about planning ahead for the garden. I bought myself a treat of the Gardens Illustrated magazine and settled down today to dream of the longer and warmer days that are coming our way. The catalogue from Crocus was a lovely surprise and looked so lovely on the cover too. I should probably have been out in the garden but the weather was rather grim and I am still feeling rather weak and feeble after this foul chest infection. There is certainly a lot to be done out there.. the warm weather has meant that all the weeds have just kept growing it seems so soon I will have to get going out there and the grass is ridiculously long.. I wonder when the first cut will happen.. soon I hope!
