Millennium under the Tyne (2014.052)

Weekend trip to see friends in Newcastle. The Tyne runs through the middle of the city, and so there are many bridges to photograph.

Here are (in the foreground) the iconic Tyne Bridge, and in the background the Gateshead Millennium Bridge.

I spent an hour or so wandering with tripod along the Quayside. I think I could easily have spent another three.
